is the place where neighborhood kids (and adults!) preview
their Halloween costumes and get together for an afternoon
of ghoulish fun. The event starts with a costume parade
around the neighborhood and continues with fun and games
including a piñata, a haystack hunt, and pumpkin
decorating. Hotdogs and cider are also provided. |
